Just over six months after Pritzker Prize-winning Portuguese architect Álvaro Siza announced that he was setting his
sights on New York, Wallpaper has got its hands on the very first partial render for the building. Development firm
Sumaida + Khurana and LENY commissioned the architect for his first American project a 34-story condo building
in Midtown, this past summer. The building will have 80 apartments ranging from one to four bedrooms, and a few
penthouses.
