Pritzker winner Tadao Andao’s first New York City project will launch sales (they’re here!), and along with the announcement by the New York Post comes the first interior renderings from the building described as “a glass jewel box suspended in poured-in-place concrete” by the Times. Two apartments in the seven-story, seven-apartment building will be up for grabs: a 2,008 square foot 2BR, 2.5BA asking $5.75 million, and a 4,203 square foot 4BR, 4.5BA asking $14.8 million. Pricing for the remaining five apartments, which include a penthouse, has yet to be unveiled.
