Design Boom

New Yorkers will soon be able to embrace a building by the famed Japanese architect Tadao Ando upon the completion of 152 Elizabeth Street, an ‘ultra-luxury’ condominium in manhattan’s NoLIita, developed by local firm Sumida + Khurana. The seven-story structure comprised of Ando’s signature concrete contains 32,000 square feet of prime real estate.
