Residential Condominium Conversion
The Printing House is a distinctive landmark building in West Village with an Italian Renaissance façade, double height ceilings and windows. Foundations was retained to convert the building to residential condominiums, being tasked with the challenge of completing construction while residents continued to live in the building. The project includes sixty new residences that have been completely and uniquely redesigned with fifteen foot ceilings, double-height living rooms, and soaring eleven-foot windows. The building offers one- to four-bedroom residences, maisonettes, and brand new townhouses with their own terraces and garden entrances within a flourishing private mews, a block-long, landscaped garden expanse. The project is due for completion in the first quarter of 2015.
