Ground-Up Residential Condominium Project
Foundations served as construction manager for this 8-story, luxury condominium building situated at the corner of West Broadway and North Moore Street at the heart of Tribeca. Foundations was retained by development firm, VE Equities to construct a masonry building with a highly-articulated brick façade, full-floor apartments with direct elevator entry. The project consisted of a triplex townhouse with its own private garage and rear yard; three full-floor, three bedroom lofts; and a spectacular, sprawling triplex penthouse with over 2,000 SF of outdoor space and private rooftop pool. The project was completed earlier than the anticipated completion date and under budget.
