Ground-Up Residential Condominium Project
Foundations was hired as construction manager for this 11-story, 45,000 SF luxury condominium project in Tribeca, at the corner of corner of Canal St. and the West Side Highway. The project benefits from open views of the Hudson River from the buildings outdoor terraces and rooftop deck. The building’s facade includes floor-to-ceiling windows framed in industrial steel and will have only 13 large residences. The project is due for completion in the third quarter of 2015.
