The 7-story condominium offers 25 residences of one-to-four bedrooms, including 4 penthouses, 4 townhomes each with a private garage, and 17 spacious lofts. It is located just blocks from Washington Square Park in a prime Greenwich Village location. Originally built by renowned architect and landscape designer Calvert Vaux (co-designer of Central Park), this Victorian-Gothic building has been expanded and designed by Ed Rawlings of Rawlings Architects, interior designer Eric Cohler, and landscape architect Edmund Hollander. The project incorporates extensive gardens, state-of-the-art outdoor kitchens and fireplaces.  The project is due for completion in the first quarter of 2016.
