Ground-Up Residential Condominium Project
Foundations served as construction manager of this 8-story black metal and glass building that was on the of first successful new construction projects built after the downturn. The building has been viewed as one of the key catalysts for transformation along the Bowery, where the project is located in downtown Manhattan. The building has 20, 1- and 2-bedroom residences with large casement windows and four dramatic 2-3 bedroom duplex penthouses with panoramic skyline vistas, fireplaces, sprawling roof terraces, and oversized double-height living spaces. The project was completed earlier than anticipated and under budget.
