Ground-Up Residential Condominium Project
Foundations was retained by developer, VE Equities, to serve as construction manager of this 10-story luxury condominium building. Designed by venerable architect, Adjmi & Andreoli with public spaces by renowned architects Sawyer Berson, 11 North Moore commands a prime block front in the heart of Tribeca. The focus of the project is catering to wealthy families and offers only 18 residences ranging from approximately 1,900 SF three-bedroom homes to 3,000+ SF four-bedroom homes, and four duplex penthouses: three ranging from approximately 3,414-3,551 SF with set-back terraces, and one significant 7,000 SF grand penthouse with ceilings up to 18 ft, excellent views, and an approximately 3,800 SF roof terrace with private pool. The project is due for completion in the fourth quarter of 2014.
