Residential Ground-up Condominium Project
Alfa Development retained Foundations to oversee the construction of Village Green West, a 12-story luxury condominium. The development is located at the crossroads of the West Village, Chelsea is having, and the Meatpacking District, Targeting the prestigious LEED Gold Certification, the developer has hired Foundations to build a project that is aimed at environmentally conscious residents. The building will have 27 residences, ranging from one-to four bedrooms including four full-floor penthouses and is due for completion in the third quarter of 2015.
