Ground-Up Residential Condominium Project
471 Washington is a contemporary boutique luxury condominium building in Tribeca. Foundations was retained by VE Equities as construction manager for this 40,000 SF, 6-story building featuring protected Hudson River, park, skyline views and floor-to-ceiling, German-engineered Schüco glass. The building offered 12 units, one, two and three bedroom, half- and full-floor loft homes. The development also included a triplex penthouse with panoramic views of downtown Manhattan with over 4,000 SF of outdoor space, and a private rooftop outdoor swimming pool. The building was built under budget and earlier than the anticipated completion date.
