Residential Ground-up Condominium Project
Foundations serves as construction manager for this 15-story, condominium building situated on 809 Broadway, just three blocks south of Union Square. Designed by OMA Architects, this 10-unit residential condominium also features 4,000 SF of retail space. The residences are spread out over 40,000 SF of prime real estate. The project is due for completion in the third quarter of 2017.
