Residential Ground-up Condominium Project
Foundations serves as construction manager for this 7-story, luxury condominium building situated on 204 Forsyth Street at the border of the Lower East Side. Designed by Z Architecture, this boutique condominium features only 11 residences, with all but one loft-like exclusive residence including private outdoor spaces. The residences range from Two-bedroom half floor residences to a 2,773 SF penthouse with 13’ ceilings as well as an 1,844 SF roof terrace. The project is due for completion in the first quarter of 2017.
