Residential and Commercial Condominium Converstion
Sumaida + Khurana affiliate, Foundations Group, developed and constructed this residential and commercial conversion in Soho with Peter Moore Associates. The project offered hi-ceilings, sprawling open city views and faces a charming SoHo Square in a prime downtown location. The building is located at the nexus of downtown between the West Village and Soho and only five blocks from the Hudson River Park. The project was completed earlier than the anticipated completion date and under budget.
